Submission Guidelines

Clear steps for double-blind submission to GAISS 2026. Replace placeholders in this page with final CFP details when available.

1) Paper Types

We invite submissions spanning secure AI research and practice. Accepted works are published in IEEE proceedings and indexed in IEEE Xplore.

  • Full papers (original research, systems, or rigorous evaluations).
  • Short papers (early results, position statements, or concise technical contributions).
  • Workshop proposals (curated sessions aligned with GAISS themes).

2) Review Process

  • Double-blind review: author identities are removed from the submission.
  • Expert evaluation against novelty, technical depth, and relevance to secure AI.
  • All accepted papers include camera-ready updates before publication.

3) Double-Blind Rules

  • Remove author names and affiliations from the manuscript.
  • Avoid self-identifying text in acknowledgements and citations where possible.
  • Ensure figures, supplemental materials, and metadata do not include author identity.

4) Formatting

  • Use the official IEEE conference template (link/update when CFP is finalized).
  • Follow consistent page limits and citation requirements.
  • Submit final PDF-ready files with embedded fonts.

5) Submission Portal

Use the submission portal specified in the final Call for Papers. (Suggested: EasyChair / OpenReview. Update this link once confirmed.)

6) Ethics & Responsibility

Submissions should follow responsible research and disclosure practices. If your work involves sensitive security details, include clear mitigation guidance and responsible handling notes.
